Perhaps being bounced out of the New York state football playoffs a little earlier than expected was a good thing in a way for Christian Brothers Academy. That drive to succeed is even hungrier. Now the basketball team takes on that mentality even more. With six gridironers trading in their cleats in for high tops, their focus is quickly back on the state title game – the place where their season ended last year – as their season starts tonight.
