DURHAM, N.C. -- It was not a pretty win for Duke. In fact, some would label it as downright ugly. But the bottom line is the Blue Devils' 73-68 victory over North Carolina goes down as a check in the winners column all the same.

Duke seemed to be out of sync from the beginning after scoring just two points and turning the ball over three times through the first 3:10. The trend continued for much of the game, about 30 minutes if you ask the players.
