Duke drops Kentucky at Georgia Dome

Devils Illustrated ATLANTA -- The No. 9 Duke Blue Devils relied on senior leadership to persevere through some difficult situations Tuesday night to grab a 75-68 victory over No. 3 Kentucky at the Georgia Dome.
The Blue Devils, who were faced with early foul trouble to big men Mason Plumlee and Ryan Kelly, found a way to manage the game and not only hold Kentucky in check but extend the lead significantly at one point in the second half.
The game was back and forth through the first 20 minutes, with neither team extending a lead past six points. That all changed in the second half despite two quick fouls for Plumlee, giving him four for the game with 16:05 remaining.
