About five weeks ago, Maryland assistant John Dunn ventured over to Howard County to watch a hulking 6-foot-5, 285-pound offensive tackle from Wilde Lake High take on county rival Reservoir. Moise Larose, a big three-star recruit who at the time was committed to Rutgers University, engaged in a game-long dogfight with his counterpart across the line. Finally, after 48 minutes, Wilde Lake outlasted their opponents, 7-0.
