Over the years, it has not been commonplace for Duke to accept many transfers. Times have changed quite a bit, and the Blue Devils have just earned a commitment from, Rodney Hood, their second transfer in three years.

Hood, who concluded his high school career as the nation's No. 16 ranked player in the nation by Rivals.com, spent one season with Mississippi State where he earned SEC All-Freshman Team honors.
