CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va. -- The NBA Top 100 Camp got its first round of games underway on Thursday morning and among those participating was the nation's top ranked player, Jabari Parker of Chicago, Ill. Following his first session of games, the 6-foot-8 recruit spoke to the media about the event, his recruitment, the implementation of new recruiting rules and much more.
